I'm Thankful, So You Get Freebies

Posted by sharon on Nov 11, 2019

In the church where I grew up, our congregation recited the 100th Psalm every Sunday. For those who don't know, it's a short chapter about giving thanks to God. (Click here to read it.) But I didn't appreciate that passage until I was well into adulthood. Gratefulness is so hard sometimes, because it requires us to look outside of our own wants and immediate needs. It forces us to focus on the blessings we already have but take for granted. That can be especially hard to do when our lives aren't lining up with our desires.
As we enter this season of Thanksgiving, I'm grateful for the people in my life. I thank God for those who encourage me, as well as those who make me stronger and teach me lessons -- whether they intend to or not.
One person that I'm thankful for is you!
I don't take it likely that you carve out a few moments of your day to browse my newsletter. I can actually see each month who's reading and who's not. I appreciate your support and your openness to "listen" with your eyes to my words of encouragement. So, if no one else tells you this, please know that you are a blessing and you are appreciated.
As a show of my thankfulness, I'm offering a few gifts to you, including free books, coaching sessions, and a 30-minute writing webinar for beginning writers! Check out my Facebook page for details to win over the next week.
In addition to those things, I would love to offer you the most powerful freebie of all: PRAYER. If you have a prayer request, please see the prayer section in this newsletter.

Sincerely,
Sharon Tubbs
